Is First Class Relocation properly licensed and insured?

First Class Relocation is fully licensed and insured in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws. Should mandatory coverages be necessary for your relocation, they can be provided upon request.

Does First Class offer disconnect/reconnect services of appliances?

First Class Relocation provides appliance disconnect services as required.

First Class Relocation may provide appliance reconnect services if the shipper is willing to release all liability after connections are established and fittings are tested. However, First Class reserves the right to decline reconnection if they identify faulty seals, gaskets, hoses, or other issues. This approach prioritizes safety and proper functioning.

What items are prohibited for transport?

First Class does not transport the following:

Ammunition, firearms, combustibles,explosives, illegal substances, flammables, household/industrial chemicals, pets, or humans. Items such as plants are dependent on condition, type, distance and location.

U.S. Department of Agriculture regulates the shipment of nursery and greenhouse stock in an effort to minimize the spread of harmful insects, diseases, and other pests. If your relocation consist of plants please check with your State Plant Regulatory Official first.
